Help! The links have stumped me!

How do I add a link to my post and have it say the name and not the actual URL? I hit "link" that's in blue, copy and pasted the link, but it's not right! Any help would be Awesome!

    Click the "link" button and a small window will pop up; there will be one area for your to enter the URL and another area for you to enter the text you want to display. Let me know if that helps.
